I help organisations clarify and achieve their aims through my consultancy work. I focus on the clients’ needs and on the way they deliver. I have a different approach to consultancy. In addition to my breadth of experience and expertise, what makes me stand out is my total commitment to my clients.

I work hard to understand my clients’ businesses. I ask smart and challenging questions to understand the problem my clients are trying to solve, and bring ideas to the table that may not have been considered before.

I provide core serices in consultancy across the full spectrum of IT services, from development and testing, architecture, through to IT delivery including Project and Programme management using traditional Waterfall, and Agile methodologies.
