Exciting news, today I can announce that I have agreed to be the Fractional CTO for Change Our Minds

Change Our Minds is a creative sector social enterprise formed by a community of performance specialists with over 100 years of combined experience of supporting and developing resilience and global high performance in people, teams and organisations.

They help creative people such as musicians, performers and those working in all areas of the creative economy to develop and sustain the mind-set and key capabilities which strengthen resilience and enable individuals to manage wellbeing in themselves and others.

Their aim is to provide performance, resilience and wellbeing development across the UK creative sector. They do this by raising awareness, by providing education, training, support and access to technology to enable creative people to understand themselves and others, change and sustain an improvement in individual and organisational performance, mental health and wellbeing.

Change Our Minds was recently founded by Amanda Gentle, and is in the process of raising funds. To help Amanda and her social enterprise I have agreed to work free for the next 3 months to help shape the proposition and help develop the product roadmap, and prepare the business case to help raise funding. Furthermore I have offered my services with a 50% reduced fee as I truly believe in their mission.
